Home Dumbbell Workout (LIVE) Strength Training Routine

Here's a great Home Dumbbell Workout Strength Training Routine you can do at home! When performing this workout routine at home, give maximum effort during the work portion of the exercise then allow your heart rate to come down during the rest period. 

WORKOUT DETAILS

For this workout, you will perform each exercise for 40 seconds and then take a 20 second break. Follow along with me in the video and listen to the demonstrations of the exercises. Let's Go!!
