10 Minute HIIT Cardio And Abs Workout: Burn Fat Fast

Short on time but still want to burn some unwanted calories?

This workout is perfect for you!

When I was designing this workout, I only had one thing in mind...

Choose exercises that burn fat in the least amount of time! 

I would guess that you're ok with that objective, right?

Ok, cool! 

...Because you are about to work mutliple muscle groups at the same time so you can quickly burn calories and lose weight with this hiit cardio workout.

In the video, you'll see that I'm outside.

But you can perform this workout anywhere you can find a good amount a space to move around. 

People were looking at me like I was crazy...

maybe I am...

...but I just wanted to show you that you can workout anywhere!

WORKOUT DETAILS

If you're short on time or if you're a beginner, just do one round of this hiit cardio workout for a ten minute sweat fest. 

As you can see in the video, you can perform this high intensity interval training workout at home in the yard or anywhere with a little space. I had people looking at me like I was crazy.

Well, I'm crazy about giving you a great workout to help with your fitness goals.

These hiit exercises are a little on the advanced side but at least try them if you're a beginner.  Get ready for your legs, arms, shoulders, and abs to BURN!

Clear out some space in your house or if it's nice outside... go soak up some Vitamin D from the sun while you burn calories.

This training routine is formatted a little different that the other workouts on this site.

There are 10 exercises. Perform each exercise for 35 seconds and take a 25 second break.

I'll warn you....

The lateral high knees combined with the arch taps in the same workout is KILLA! 

But I know you won't back down... go HIIT it!

  •  Scorpion Abs
  •  Scorpion Abs (other side)
  •  Jump Thru's
  •  High Knee w/3 Jump Squats

  •  Knee Hugs With Toe Touches
  •  Arch Taps
