Dumbbell Workout At Home (LIVE) Full Body Routine!

Here's a dumbbell workout at home that helps you burn fat and challenges you. When performing this dumbbell routine at home, give maximum effort during the work portion of the exercise then allow your heart rate to come down during the rest period. 


For this dumbbell circuit workout, you will perform each exercise for 30 seconds and then take a 30 second break. Follow along with me in the video and listen to the demonstrations of the exercises. Let's Go!!

  • Plank Pull Throughs
  • Single Arm DB Swing
  • Hand Release Push Up
  • Lateral Lunge To Raise
