Cardio At Home Workout With No Equipment (LIVE)

Here's a cardio at home workout that helps you torch bodyfat. When performing these cardio exercises at home, give maximum effort during the work portion of the exercise then allow your heart rate to come down during the rest period. 

WORKOUT DETAILS

For this cardio workout, you will perform each exercise for 40 seconds and then take a 20 second break. Follow along with me in the video and listen to the demonstrations of the exercises. Let's Go!!
