New 8 Week Intermediate Strength and Conditioning


This program consists of 3 challenging workouts each week. These full body workouts are designed to increase strength, decrease body fat and improve overall conditioning. This program is suitable for intermediate to advanced fitness levels.

Beginner programs are for people who do not exercise frequently and/or have general mobility problems and need to strengthen their muscles for every day activities.
