About Our Training Programs
Training Programs are a pre-set series of workouts that focus on a specific goal. The workouts within a training program are assigned to specific days of the week. Programs are great for keeping you focused on your weekly workout regime.
PROGRAM STRUCTURE
- 1 Day Program (Choose your day of week)
- 2 Day Program (Tuesday, Thursday)
- 3 Day Program (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
- 4 Day Program (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday)
- 5 Day Program (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday)
- 6 Day Program (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday)
- 7 Day Program (Every Day)
You can change the days of the week you wish to workout as long as the "no workout days" separation remain the same. For instance, a 2 day program (Tuesday, Thursday) can become (Monday, Wednesday) as long as there is still one day of rest between the two workouts.
WORKOUT ROUTINE VS. TRAINING PROGRAM
Our
workout routines are single day workouts that you can mix and match with other routines throughout your week; whereas our training programs have multiple workouts pre-designed for different days of the week.
