Very healthy, nutritious and delicious breakfast. Quick to prepare and sweet.

Ingredients:
3 egg whites
1/3 cup low fat cottage cheese
1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup mixed berries

Preparation:
Blend egg whites, cottage cheese, oats and baking powder together. To cook use non stick teflon pan, grease lightly. Pancake mix will be enough for three medium sized pancakes. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown and turn over to cook the other side.
Serve topped with mixed berries or any topping of your choice (almond butter, bananas and honey, yogurt or any other fruits).
