This is a Crisp and Refreshing snack that can be eaten anytime of the day, or as a meal.

Ingredients:
1 lb. medium-small shrimp, cooked & peeled
4 large tomatoes, seeded and diced
1 red onion, finely diced
2 jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped
1 cup cilantro leaves, chopped
3 lemons, juiced
1 lime, juiced
salt and pepper to taste
favorite crackers

Preparation:

cesarsotolongo 1/10 Real Ceviche doesn't need to have tomatoes, japalenos or cooked shrimp. The waw fish gets cooked with the lemon, and it maintains its nutrients 2 max
