Easy to make, and another way to eat tuna without getting bored. This is meant to be eaten as a snack, or a light meal.

1/2 small onion, sliced
1 can tuna in water (5oz)

1/4 tsp garlic powder
half slice of provolone, cut into strips.

Preparation:
Caramelize onions in a pan by sauteing them with cooking spray and a dash of salt. Cook 'em in medium heat till they turn golden, then add the mushrooms and toss around till the mixture is hot. Remove from pan. In the pan now reapply some cooking spray and throw in the tuna, and add the garlic powder, continue cooking till hot. Add tuna to a bowl, throw on top the onion/mushroom mixture, and add the strips of provolone. And that's it...
