Recipe for Caribbean Jerk Tuna

Bits of pineapple, and aromatic spices transforms boring tuna into a great snack.

Ingredients:
1 can tuna in water, drained (5oz)
3 tbsps crushed pineapples (feel free to add more)
1/2 tsp Caribbean Jerk Seasoning (look in the spice aisle)
3 Tbsps non-fat plain yogurt (for creaminess)

Preparation:
Spray some Pam in a small skillet, and heat on medium heat. Add the tuna, and seasoning and saute for a few minutes. Finally add the pineapples, stir, and remove once they are warm. Throw the mixture in a bowl, then mix in the yogurt and eat.
