1 can tuna in water, drained (5oz) | | • | 3 tbsps crushed pineapples (feel free to add more) | | • | 1/2 tsp Caribbean Jerk Seasoning (look in the spice aisle) | | • | 3 Tbsps non-fat plain yogurt (for creaminess) |

| Preparation: |
| Spray some Pam in a small skillet, and heat on medium heat. Add the tuna, and seasoning and saute for a few minutes. Finally add the pineapples, stir, and remove once they are warm. Throw the mixture in a bowl, then mix in the yogurt and eat. |
