I had these amazing pancakes at the famous Pancake Bakery in Amsterdam. If you like sweet and savory these are for you. These crepe-like pancakes are good any time of the day.

| Preparation: |
Throw everything in the blender, except bananas and bacon, and pulse till smooth. Let rest so it's not as frothy. In the meantime cut the Canadian bacon, and saute in medium sized pan. Remove and set aside. Cut the bananas in rounds, and quarter them.
Set the burner to medium, medium high, and spray Pam or some other cooking spray. Wait for it to heat up, then add 1/4c* of the batter, wait a few seconds for it to get firm then throw in the toppings. Now just keep an eye on the pancake, and when the underside is done turn over extremely carefully and cook the other side for a few minutes. I use a very thin spatula, and my clean hands to turn them over. If they tear, no big deal, just try to lay them down as best as you can.
Once they are done, pour some syrup (I use sugar-free) and you know the last step.
*if you are making less servings with the same amount of batter, then pour 1/2c at a time and use a bigger pan.
Bon Appetit.
