Do you miss pasta Counting calories Eating low carb Well, we have an answer: Shirataki noodles, available at Asian stores, have 0 calories, 0 Carbs, and 0 grams of fat! These Japanese noodles, are flavorless, and have a slippery texture, but will take the flavor of anything you add to them. There are a couple of brands out there, one made with Tofu, and then the regular ones which are the ones with 0 calories.

| Preparation: |
1. Drain, rinse thoroughly, and cut the ready cooked noodles in small pieces. 2. Spray some Olive Oil Pam in a pan. 3. Throw the can of sardines, and saute over medium heat till they are warm. 4. Add the noodles, pasta sauce, and kimchi. 5. Remove from heat once everything is hot. Sprinkle in pesto or basil 6. Divide in two, or eat the whole thing.
