These are super easy and really tasty. The peanut butter makes them a good source of protein and the oatmeal is a great slow burning energy source which makes it a great pre workout snack!

Ingredients:
1 cup of oatmeal
1 cup of peanut butter
1/2 cup of honey
handful of raisins/nuts to taste

Preparation:
Melt honey and peanut butter in saucepan add oats and raisins spread on tray let cool cut to preferred size eat up.
