Walkout Pylon Touch Step 1:

Start in a standing position with your feet shoulder width apart and your hands at your side.

Walkout Pylon Touch Step 2:

Bend forward at the hip and stretch your hamstrings and your reach down towards the ground. Walk out into a push-up position and touch each of the pylons.

Walkout Pylon Touch Step 3:

Walk back up to the starting position, stand up tall and repeat.
