Medicine Ball Crunch on Stability Ball Step 1:

Start in a seated position on the stability ball and hold the medicine ball in both hands above your chest.

Medicine Ball Crunch on Stability Ball Step 2:

Crunch up and push the medicine ball 45 degrees upwards towards the ceiling while maintaining constant pressure on the stability ball with your tailbone.

Medicine Ball Crunch on Stability Ball Step 3:

Roll your body back down onto the stability ball, stretch out your abs and repeat.
