Sumo Squat Dumbbell Throws - Intermediate

Instructions
Step 1:

Start in a wide sumo squat position holding the dumbbell in both hands in between your legs. Make sure to keep your lower back flat and your shoulders pulled back.
Step 2:

Drive through your heels and press your body up into a standing position while swinging the dumbbell up over your head.
Step 3:

Lower the dumbbell while squatting back down to the starting position keeping control of the dumbbell the entire time.
