We've launched 4 new workout routines. These workouts include a bodyweight workout, an abs & butt workout and a challenging tabata workout!
We've added some exciting new exercises to the site! This update includes a variety of challenging bodyweight, kettlebell and dumbbell exercises.
So my New Years resolutions for 2012 were no alcohol and no gluten for 10 weeks. The booze part has been easy, the no gluten has been a bit more challenging.
