Exercise Information:
Level of Skill: Beginner
Beginner programs are for people who do not exercise frequently and/or have general mobility problems and need to strengthen their muscles for every day activities.
Equipment: N/A
Reps: 12-20
A rep or repetition is each time you lift a weight or perform an exercise through one range of motion and back to the starting position.
Rest Between Sets:  30 seconds

Push Ups are a basic upper body exercise. When doing push ups with proper form and technique, different muscle groups including the chest, arms and back will be utilized.

Instructions: Push Up

Step 1: How to do Push Up Start with your hands and feet in a table top position on the ground. Make sure that your neck and back are straight, your hips and abs are tight and your shoulders are in line with your wrists.
Step 2: How to do Push Up Lower your body weight down to the ground until your elbows are at a 90 degree angle.
Step 3: How to do Push Up Push yourself back up to the starting position and repeat.
