Exercise Information:
Level of Skill: Intermediate
Intermediate programs may be longer, more complex and/or more straining than a beginner program. Intermediate programs challenge strength, control, balance, flexibility & power. Gain experience, mobility & strength with beginner programs before moving on to intermediate programs.
Equipment: Bench
Reps: 15-20
A rep or repetition is each time you lift a weight or perform an exercise through one range of motion and back to the starting position.
Rest Between Sets:  15 seconds

The v-sit double knee tuck is an intermediate core exercise that targets the upper and lower abs. This exercise is best suited for intermediate to advanced fitness levels.

Step 1: How to do V-Sit Double Knee Tucks Start in a v-sit position with your knees up and your back long.
Step 2: How to do V-Sit Double Knee Tucks Extend your legs out and lean back while maintaining a strong core.
Step 3: How to do V-Sit Double Knee Tucks Pull your knees back in, fully contract your abs and repeat.
