Cross Overs

Exercise Information:
Level of Skill: Intermediate
Intermediate programs may be longer, more complex and/or more straining than a beginner program. Intermediate programs challenge strength, control, balance, flexibility & power. Gain experience, mobility & strength with beginner programs before moving on to intermediate programs.
Equipment: N/A
Reps: 20
A rep or repetition is each time you lift a weight or perform an exercise through one range of motion and back to the starting position.
Rest Between Sets:  30 seconds

Cross overs are a core excercise that build strength and stamina in the abs. This is a great lower abs exercise.

Instructions: Cross Overs

Step 1: How to do Cross Overs Start on your back, with your shoulders curled up, your abdominals contracted and your heels raised off of the floor.
Step 2: How to do Cross Overs Keeping the small of your back pressed against the floor and your abs tight, cross your feet one over top of the other for the recommended number of repetitions by your workout routine.
Step 3: How to do Cross Overs Return to the starting position. Rest and repeat the exercise.
