Exercise Information:
Level of Skill: Intermediate
Intermediate programs may be longer, more complex and/or more straining than a beginner program. Intermediate programs challenge strength, control, balance, flexibility & power. Gain experience, mobility & strength with beginner programs before moving on to intermediate programs.
Equipment: N/A
Reps: 20
A rep or repetition is each time you lift a weight or perform an exercise through one range of motion and back to the starting position.
Rest Between Sets:  30 seconds

Scissors are a core excercise that build abdominal strength and stamina. This is a great lower abs exercise.

Instructions: Scissors

Step 1: How to do Scissors Start on your back with shoulders curled up, your abdominals contracted and your heels raised off of the ground.
Step 2: How to do Scissors Keeping your lower back on the ground and your legs straight, flutter your feet in a scissor motion.
Step 3: How to do Scissors Continue exercise for recommended number of repetitions within your workout routine. Rest and repeat action.
