Exercise Information:
Level of Skill: Intermediate
Intermediate programs may be longer, more complex and/or more straining than a beginner program. Intermediate programs challenge strength, control, balance, flexibility & power. Gain experience, mobility & strength with beginner programs before moving on to intermediate programs.

A rep or repetition is each time you lift a weight or perform an exercise through one range of motion and back to the starting position.
Rest Between Sets:  30 seconds

The push up plank on the stability ball is an intermediate core exercise. This exercise requires a great deal of strength and coordinattion in order to be done safely and properly.

Step 1: How to do Push Up Plank w/ Stability Ball Start by placing your handas on the sides on teh stability ball. Keep your shoulders over top of your wrists and place both feet up onto the bench.
Step 2: How to do Push Up Plank w/ Stability Ball Keep your hips down and tucked and your belly button sucked up towards your spine.
Step 3: How to do Push Up Plank w/ Stability Ball Holds this positiona s long as you can without exhausting your abdominals and engaging the muscles of the lower back.
