The single leg knee-in is an intermediate core exercise. This exercise helps to improve abdominal stength and core stabilization.

Instructions:

Step 1: How to do this Upper Abs Exercise: Step 1 Start in a push-up plank position on the stability ball with one leg raised off of the ground.
Step 2: How to do this Upper Abs Exercise: Step 2 Push the stability ball out as you extend your raised leg.
Step 3: How to do this Upper Abs Exercise: Step 3 Pull the stabilty ball back in and meet it with your knee.
