hi guys,
i heard about the force factor supplements, i wanna know if this product is safe to take and for how long, also gnc carries more than 1 force factor product which is the best that suits me.
am slim not that slim, very little bit of muscles and considered beginner. i have fats around my midsection (more than average) (luv handles....lol).
that being said. ben, marlaena and members i need ur help.
what is the best program to start with + the supplement from force factor.

hi.
as regards to supplementation your diet and training should be 1st priority, then look into suplements down the track. Most suplements are bul****. In sayng that there are a couple that have been proven over time to work well.
If u are a beginer with very little mucle as you say, imho Eat lots of good food high in proteins and complex carbs 6x a day and focus on lifting compund movments. Squats, deadlift, becnhpress, overheadpress, bb rows, pull ups etc and try lift more n more, these with a solid diet are proven to gain mass.
Once you have pased your novice potential then u can look into suplements. although i believe a whey protein is helpfull after a workout. But as a beginner, creatine and things proli wont make much of a difference to your performance cos if you eat solid and lift hard, you should see significant gains within the year. |

I couldn't agree more! Yes there are some good supplements out there (fish oils, multi-vitamins, whey protein, creatine) but like Aron said.. if you're a beginner and just getting started on a new program, supplements won't make much of a difference right now. Just stick to a really good diet, eat lot's of lean meats, fish, eggs, veggies and fruit and TRAIN HARD!
I take whey protein in a shake after my workouts and I just started taking BCAA's (branch chain amino acids) because I've read that they help with muscle recovery. If you don't have much muscle yet though.. this isn't something you'll really have to worry about.
And I've never heard of force factor supplements so I really couldn't give you my honest opinion on any of their products! If they make any crazy short term claims though like "gain 10 lbs. of hard muscle in weeks!" then you should realize that the product is really just hyped up, over priced crap! |

I did a tiny little bit of resurch on force factor and I found alot of negitive feed back from people and apparently the ingredients are garbage. like one guy said quote: Save your money and get a good multi-vitamin instead.
its also funny. they must send you a free trial. but on the free trial request, u automatically subscribe to a monthly bottle! |

I did a quick search and it seems that some of the problems had to do with the company overbilling their credit/debit cards.
I wouldn't want to give them my bank info. |

hey dude,
i'd stick to eating lots and lots of lean meat, chicken, turkey, fish, shellfish, egg whites, protein powder and creatine if you want to put on some size. i've never heard of force factor either but nothing will work better than eating real food and real meat to feed, repair and build your muscle! |
