How do i record my workouts

How do i record my workouts in the journal ?
I saw in the old training programs a way to mark the workout as done! How can i do it with the new programs?

For the new training programs you have to manually enter your workout information into your workout journal that can be found in your fitness profile.
After you've completed a workout, go to your fitness profile homepage and click on the workout journal under the heading "Fitness Tools" on the right hand side of the page. Once you're in the workout journal, click on the date that you completed the workout and go from there!

Thanks for the answer but is still cannot figure out how should i record e.g. Body Weight Work Out #1?
Can you guide me?
When i enter the journal i can only find the cardio and weight information input or simple ran, step, swim exercises.

Go to the workout journal and click on the date that you want to add a workout to. Once you're on that date you have to manually enter all of the information for the workout that you just completed, including the amount of weight used, muscle groups targeted, number of sets and repetitions performed.
For example.. if you completed the Body Weight Workout #1, you would enter all 8 exercises that you did in the workout with all of the supporting exercise info (weight, sets, reps, etc.). You can also write down any extra notes about the workout, enter how long it took you to complete and add any cardio that you did with it.
We built the latest version of the workout journal this way so it would be easier to keep track of all of the workouts that members completed, whether they were workouts from the site, workouts built by other members or custom workouts designed in the workout builder.

Thanks for your answer. To be honest, I Think that you should had the function of recording all the workout itself, including all the exercises. As it is now it's not user friendly and I'm not seeing myself mainting the journal updated.
Are you thinking of doing this improvement?

We're actually revamping the site right now and have talked about making some changes to the workout journal to make it more user friendly. I know what you're saying.. it would be a lot easier to add entire workouts to the journal or at least be able to mark down that you completed a specific workout on the calendar.
I will talk to my partner George and see if he can add that option to the workout journal and include it in our Fall relaunch!
