Hey David!
That's actually me in the videos and you're right about one of the pairs of shoes that I'm wearing. In some of the videos I'm wearing Nike Free's (I have a couple different pairs) and in the other videos I am wearing a pair of Inov8's. Here is a link to their website:

The pair I have are the blue F-Lite 230's. They are very similar to the Nike Free's.. they have a flat sole, they're super light weight and very comfortable. I switched over to them last year and they are the only shoes I train in right now. As a matter of fact, I just bought myself a new pair the other week, I love them!!

Cheers Ben, I've been on the Inov8 website and I think I'll invest in a pair. Which pairs of Nike Free's do you recommend for use in the gym? I do bodyweight circuits and free weights mainly, with a bit of interval training on treadmills and rowers.. I generally spend no longer than 10 minutes on CV machines at a time.

Hey David!
I've gone through a few pairs of Nike Free's the last few years. I currently have 2 pairs.. one of them are the Nike Free Run which have a bit more arch support and the other are Nike Free 3.0 and have a much flatter sole. I still prefer my Inov8's over both of them though.
Have a great weekend.. and if you get a chance upload a profile picture and join the community!!
Cheers!
