Supplements?

Hey ben,
I loveee the website, definetely helping me to get motivated and I'm sore already...thanks!!!
Just wondering about supplements...any advice for a beginner who just wants to promote and maintain muscle strength?

Hey Anna!
Here is the complete list of supplements that I take.
1. Whey Protein
2. Fish Oil
3. Coconut Oil
I try to get all of my nutrients from REAL foods. The only supplements I take are a post workout protein shake and some fish oil capsules in the evening with my dinner. I add a tablespoon of coconut oil into my post workout shake for some extra "good fat" calories. The coconut oil makes the shake taste a bit like a Pina Colada.. it's so tasty!!
Here is the recipe for my shake.
plain greek yogurt
egg whites
frozen berries
coconut oil
whey protein
water
