Stability Ball Roll Outs Instructions

Step 1:
Start in a kneeling position in front of the stability ball. Keep your hips tucked tight and knees bent at a 90 degree angle.

Step 2:
With your lower back flat and your core engaged, roll the ball outwards on to your forearms.

Step 3:
Pull your body back to the starting position and repeat the action.
