Stability ball roll outs is a core exercise that strengthens the lower back and abdominals. This exercise adds an element of balance and coordination with the use of the stability ball.

Instructions on how to do Stability Ball Roll Outs

Step 1: How to do this Obliques Exercise: Step 1 Start in a kneeling position in front of the stability ball. Keep your hips tucked tight and knees bent at a 90 degree angle.
Step 2: How to do this Obliques Exercise: Step 2 With your back straight and your body rigid, push outwards with your arms to extend your body. Keep your knees locked, your back straight and your knees bent at 90 degrees.
Step 3: How to do this Obliques Exercise: Step 3 Lift your body back to the starting position and repeat the action.
