Skill: Beginner
Beginner exercises are for people who do not exercise frequently and/or have general mobility problems and need to strengthen their muscles for every day activities.
Equipment:  Required (details)

This upper body exercise is a bicep curl that uses the cable machine and the hammer grip to strengthen the bicep muscle as well as the muscles of the forearm.

Instructions on how to do Standing Bicep Hammer Curls

Step 1: How to do this Biceps Exercise: Step 1 Stand with your feet shoulder width apart, maintaining a neutral spine with your elbows tight to the body, your forearms parallel and your palms facing inwards.
Step 2: How to do this Biceps Exercise: Step 2 Curl the dumbbells up to your shoulders keeping your elbows tight to your body and your hands facing each other.
Step 3: How to do this Biceps Exercise: Step 3 Lower the dumbbells back down to the starting position and repeat.

there is something i dont really understand about biecips excersise..
first of all i have read in the internet that when working the biecip muscle u should fully extend your arm to let all the fibers in your muscle to work..
but my couch in gym didnt agreed with that ... he says u shouldnt get to the end (not fully extend your arm) because then the trieceps will work and this is not what we want. i dont know what to do? but in your video u extende u arm to the end!!!!
