This is a more advanced hamstring exercise that requires more strength and stability than the double leg curls because all of the weight is isolated on the single leg.

Instructions on how to do Single Leg Hamstring Curls

Step 1: How to do this hamstrings Exercise: Step 1 Lie on your front with your legs straight and your feet tucked under the pads, making sure the pads rest comfortably against your Achilles tendon.
Step 2: How to do this hamstrings Exercise: Step 2 Curl the pads up to your buttocks using only one leg at a time.
Step 3: How to do this hamstrings Exercise: Step 3 Straighten your leg back to the starting position, alternate legs if necessary, and repeat.
