Step 1:
Place your shoulders across the center of the Bosu so your neck remains in a neutral position. Hold a dumbbell in each hand by your chest with your hips lowered but not touching the floor. |

Step 2:
Press the dumbbell up over the center of your chest and press your hips up and squeeze your glutes as hard as you can at the same time. |

Step 3:
Lower yourself and the dumbbells back down but don't touch your butt to the floor. |
