Dumbbell Press Bridge on Bosu Instructions
Place your shoulders across the center of the Bosu so your neck remains in a neutral position. Hold a dumbbell in each hand by your chest with your hips lowered but not touching the floor.
Press the dumbbell up over the center of your chest and press your hips up and squeeze your glutes as hard as you can at the same time.
Lower yourself and the dumbbells back down but don't touch your butt to the floor.
