Instructions on how to do Seated Machine Row

Step 1: How to do this Upper Back Exercise: Step 1 Start in a seated position with a 45 degree bend in your knees, your back straight and your shoulders pulled back.
Step 2: How to do this Upper Back Exercise: Step 2 Keeping your shoulders squared and starting with your arms fully extended, pull the bar towards you at about chest level contracting the muscles of the shoulder girdle throughout the motion.
Step 3: How to do this Upper Back Exercise: Step 3 Relax the muscles in the back, fully extend arms back to the starting position and repeat action.
