Instructions on how to do Overhead Tricep Extension

Step 1: How to do this Triceps Exercise: Step 1 Stand with your feet shoulder width apart. While maintaining a neutral spine, lift the dumbbell over your head, keeping your elbows tucked in towards the center of your body.
Step 2: How to do this Triceps Exercise: Step 2 Press the dumbbell over your head, keeping your elbows tight, until your have fully extended your arms.
Step 3: How to do this Triceps Exercise: Step 3 Lower the dumbbell back down to the starting position and repeat.
