Skill: Beginner
Beginner exercises are for people who do not exercise frequently and/or have general mobility problems and need to strengthen their muscles for every day activities.

The bent over row exercise isolates the upper back and mid back. This exercise helps build lean muscle mass.

Instructions on how to do Bent Over Row

Step 1: How to do this Upper Back Exercise: Step 1 Kneel onto a bench, keep your back straight and hold your body weight up with one arm. Hold a dumbbell in the opposite hand.
Step 2: How to do this Upper Back Exercise: Step 2 Raise the dumbbell up the side of the body, contracting the muscle in the shoulder blade until the arm is at a 90 degree angle at the elbow.
Step 3: How to do this Upper Back Exercise: Step 3 Lower the dumbbell back into the starting position and repeat.

iv been doing this for almost a month but i cant see any changes...should i add the weight? or do more reps?
