Step 1: How to do this Upper Abs Exercise: Step 1 Start with the medicine ball in your hands raised above your body along with both of your legs.
Step 2: How to do this Upper Abs Exercise: Step 2 Lower your arms and legs at the same time and stretch your body out.
Step 3: How to do this Upper Abs Exercise: Step 3 Pull your arms and legs back up to the starting position and completely contract your abs.
