Instructions on how to do Leg Raise Knee-Outs on Bosu

Step 1: How to do this Glutes Exercise: Step 1 Start in a push-up position on the underside on the Bosu.
Step 2: How to do this Glutes Exercise: Step 2 Raise each leg and squeeze your buttocks at the top of the motion.
Step 3: How to do this Glutes Exercise: Step 3 Tuck each knee to your elbow and squeeze your obliques.
