Exercise Information:
Skill: Advanced
Once muscle strength, control, balance & flexibility have increased, more advanced exercises are employed to improve coordination, endurance, functionality, strength & power. Advanced exercises should not be attempted until you are comfortable with the basic manoeuvres found in Beginner & Intermediate exercises. Some exercises may need the supervision of a coach or spotter. Before performing advanced exercises, please consult your physician.

The Bosu Push-up with the stability ball knee tuck is a very challenging advanced exercise. This exercise targets the chest, arms and abs and also improves core stability.

Instructions on how to do Bosu Push Up with Stability Ball

Step 1: How to do this Chest Exercise: Step 1 Start in a push-up position on the underside of the Bosu with both legs on top of a stability ball.
Step 2: How to do this Chest Exercise: Step 2 Making sure your core is engaged, first perform a push-up on the Bosu followed by a double knee tuck.
Step 3: How to do this Chest Exercise: Step 3 Return both legs back to the starting position, re-stabilize our body and repeat.
