Instructions on how to do Stability Ball Shoulder Rolls

Step 1: How to do this Obliques Exercise: Step 1 Start in a plank position on the stability ball with your back straight, feet shoulder width apart and your shoulders in line with your elbows.
Step 2: How to do this Obliques Exercise: Step 2 Keeping your abs tight and your body rigid, form little circles with your elbows. Make sure not to make the circle too wide or it will cause stress to the lower back.
Step 3: How to do this Obliques Exercise: Step 3 Repeat ten repetitions to the left. Pause. Repeat ten repetitions to the right.
