Skill: Beginner
Beginner exercises are for people who do not exercise frequently and/or have general mobility problems and need to strengthen their muscles for every day activities.
Equipment:  Required (details)

The back extension is a beginner exercise that can be done by any fitness level and would be a great addition to any program. It is a basic core exercise that isolates and strengthens the muscles of the lower back.

Instructions on how to do Back Extension

Step 1: How to do this Lower Back Exercise: Step 1 Start by adjusting the height of the pad o it rest at the top of your hips but still leaves you enough room to easily bend at the waist.
Step 2: How to do this Lower Back Exercise: Step 2 With your back parallel with the rest of your body, bend at your waist and slowly lower yourself down, stretching your back at the bottom.
Step 3: How to do this Lower Back Exercise: Step 3 Pull your body back up parallel using the muscle in your lower back.
