The Bosu squat high cable row is an intermediate exercise that really challenges your balance and core strength. This exercise works two major muscle groups - legs and back. It also makes you use your core to stabilize your body on the Bosu.

Instructions on how to do Bosu Squat High Row

Step 1: How to do this Upper Back Exercise: Step 1 Start up on the Bosu with your feet pointed straight, your knees bent and gripping the cable shoulder height with a prone grip.
Step 2: How to do this Upper Back Exercise: Step 2 Lower your body down distributing your body weight evenly across the bottom of your foot. Go down to 90 degrees making sure to maintain the same distance between your knees throughout the motion.
Step 3: How to do this Upper Back Exercise: Step 3 Stand back up to the starting position and with your elbows high, pull the rope until your thumbs nearly make contact with your shoulders. Release the cable back to the starting postion and repeat the entire action.
