Instructions on how to do Reverse Hammer Woodchop

Step 1: How to do this Shoulders Exercise: Step 1 Start in a wide squatting position with your back straight and your shoulders pulled back. Grip the cable with a hammer grip, palms facing eachother, keeping your arms straight, held just above your knee.
Step 2: How to do this Shoulders Exercise: Step 2 Pull the cable across your body as you extend your legs and hips and follow through with the reverse woodchop motion. Pull the cable to full extension over the opposing shoulder.
Step 3: How to do this Shoulders Exercise: Step 3 Lower your body back down into a squatting position and lower the cable back down to the starting postion. Make sure to keep your arms straight throughout the entire range of motion.
