The reverse cable woodchop is an intermediate core exercise. This exercise also works the legs and shoulders but primarily focuses on the obliques and trunk.

Instructions on how to do Reverse Cable Woodchop

Step 1: How to do this Obliques Exercise: Step 1 Start in a squatted position with your feet slightly wider than shoulder width. Make sure that you keep your buttocks out and your back straight.
Step 2: How to do this Obliques Exercise: Step 2 Keep your arms straight throughout the exercise as you stand up and pull the cable diagonally across your body.
Step 3: How to do this Obliques Exercise: Step 3 Squat back down as you lower your body back to the starting position and repeat.
