I play cricket and I'm 47 so no-where near peak of earlier years. Cricket needless to say includes long periods of inactivity followed by shorts burst of sprints at full speed. I'm finding that I'm pulling up with my calf muscles. Does anyone reckon this'll help or have you got any better ideas?

Cheers Dave
