The stability ball plank on the bench is an intermediate core exercise. This is an excellent excercise that really isolates and strengthens the core.

Instructions on how to do Stability Ball Plank on Bench

Step 1: How to do this Upper Abs Exercise: Step 1 Start with your forearms placed on top of the ball. Put your feet up on the bench, lower and tuck your hips and suck your belly button up towards your spine.
Step 2: How to do this Upper Abs Exercise: Step 2 Keep your core as tight as you can. Make sure to breath dirng the entire time that you are doing this exercise.
Step 3: How to do this Upper Abs Exercise: Step 3 Maintain this position for a set amount of time or until you feel your abs getting tired and the muscles of you lower back being engaged to hold your body up.
