The double leg drop with the stability ball on the bench is an intermediate abdominal exercise. This exercise requires alot of abdominal strength as the stability ball increases the difficulty of the exercise.

Instructions on how to do Double Leg Drop w/ Stability Ball

Step 1: How to do this Lower Abs Exercise: Step 1 Start lying down on a bench. Lift your shouldrs up off of the bench to engage your upper abs. Place the stability ball between your legs and hold it there by contracting the abducutors in your inner thighs.
Step 2: How to do this Lower Abs Exercise: Step 2 Slowly raise the stability ball up by contracting your lower abs. Control your breathing throughout he exercise and be sure to keep your lower back pressed firmly to the bench.
Step 3: How to do this Lower Abs Exercise: Step 3 Lower the stability ball back down to the starting position and repeat the action.
