The double Bosu push-up is an intermediate version of the classic push-up. This exercise uses two Bosu's, one upside down on the other to add an element of instability which increases the difficulty of the exercise.

Instructions on how to do Double Bosu Push-Ups

Step 1: How to do this Chest Exercise: Step 1 Start in a push-up position with your hands placed on the side of the Bosu which is placed upside down onto another Bosu and your feet elevated on a bench. Maintain a neutral spine with your hips tucked in and your core engaged.
Step 2: How to do this Chest Exercise: Step 2 Slowly lower your body down toward the Bosu until your elbows have reached 90 degrees.
Step 3: How to do this Chest Exercise: Step 3 Push your self back up to the starting position and repeat the action.
