Instructions on how to do Stability Ball Roll-Out

Step 1: How to do this Upper Abs Exercise: Step 1 Start in a kneeling position in front of the stability ball. Place your hands on the ball, keep your back straight and your knees bent at 90 degrees.
Step 2: How to do this Upper Abs Exercise: Step 2 Slowly roll forward on the stability ball keeping your back straight and your knees bent at 90 degrees.
Step 3: How to do this Upper Abs Exercise: Step 3 Roll yourself back up to the starting position and repeat.
