Instructions on how to do Reverse Woodchop w/ Thera-band

Step 1: How to do this Obliques Exercise: Step 1 Start in a squatted position with your feet wider than shoulder width apart. Keep your back straight and your arms straightened starting at knee level.
Step 2: How to do this Obliques Exercise: Step 2 Straighten your legs and twist through a 45 degree angle fully extending at the end of the motion.
Step 3: How to do this Obliques Exercise: Step 3 Making sure to keep your back straight and shoulders pulled back, return through the 45 degree angle to the starting position and repeat action.

What do you hook the thera band to? Where can I purchase a Thera band? Also will it work both sides of your waist going just the one way?
