Instructions on how to do Treadmill (walk)

Step 1: How to do this Quadriceps Exercise: Step 1 Set the incline of your treadmill to 1%. Set your treadmill to "manual" and adjust pace for a brisk walk. Avoid hanging water bottles, towels or any accessories on the treadmill. Finally, keep your hands away from the foot pedals and moving parts of the machine.
Step 2: How to do this Quadriceps Exercise: Step 2 Begin walking. Your heel should strike first and then roll to the ball of your foot.
Step 3: How to do this Quadriceps Exercise: Step 3 Avoid pounding your feet on the treadmill belt. Your feet should land gently on the treadmill as if you were walking through a puddle and didn't want to make a splash. The most effective workouts begin with a 5- to 10-minute warm-up.
