Beginner Full Body Workout
Do each "circuit" twice resting 30-60 seconds after you complete each circuit--not set. The circuits are more like supersets here and work opposing muscles together. You might also consider adding 30 minutes of a cardio workout of some sort before or after this, especially if you're trying to loose weight. I use an elliptical (low impact) or swim (no impact) at the gym. Don't forget to stretch either! I do yoga after this workout and my cardio for the day.

Lat Pull Down, Cable Machine, Dumbbells, Exercise Band, Stability Ball
